Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Small bucket of dried noodles found rehydrating in water at room temperature. Per staff, noodles began rehydration more than 2 hours ago.
-Discarded noodles at time of inspection.
-Do not store potentially hazardous foods within the Danger Zone (4C to 60C) for more than 2 hours. Noodles can be rehydrated in the cooler under temperature control, at or below 4C.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Only handsink on premises was blocked with a metal bowl.
-Item was removed at time of inspection.

Front Area:
-Standup freezer: -11C

-Off-site storage area inspected. Dry storage is kept off of the ground. Chest freezer: -23C.

-Handsink has hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-High-temperature dishwasher is adequately sanitizing dishes. Measured 72.4C at plate surface.
-Sanitizer bucket available in front and back areas. Measured 200ppm chlorine. Wiping cloths stored in buckets.
-Some grease build-up noted on ventilation hood. Next service date is November 2022.
-Food storage is satisfactory. Most foods covered and protected in walk-in cooler.
-FoodSafe certified staff on duty. Verified at time of inspection.
-Health permit is posted in a clear location.
