Observation: Designated hand washing station in back area not supplied with hot water during time of inspection. Hot water nozzle is observed broken.
Corrective Action(s): Repair hand washing station immediately to ensure it is able to dispense both hot and cold running water and to ensure staff are washing their hands properly and at adequate frequency. Use the hand washing stations at the front service area and the 2-compartment sink with liquid soap and paper towel for hand washing while the hand washing station at the back is in repair.

Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- 2-door stainless steel cooler at 3'C
- 2-door stainless steel freezer at -19'C
- Temperature logs are maintained
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory
- Hand washing station at front service area supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 81'C at plate surface (above required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs and hot water
- QUATs sanitizer in pails with wiping cloths measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- Ice machine observed in sanitary condition with scoop placed outside the machine
- All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- No signs of pests during inspection
- FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent trained staff available on site
