-Follow-up inspection to October 07, 2021.
-Facility has removed dead rodents from tin cats. Did not observe any rodent activity in the facility at the time of inspection. Continue to monitor for pest activity and contact pest control services as needed.
-Fried foods were cooled in smaller containers at the time of inspection. Fish cooked this morning was at 4C and pork cooked this morning ranged from 6C to 8C. Cooked foods are cooled to 4C within 6 hours.
-Bleach sanitizer was tested at 200ppm in the kitchen and front serving area. Ensure all containers are properly labelled.
-Did not observe any frozen foods thawing at room temperature at the time of inspection.
