- Prep cooler was repaired. Temperature was 4C. Thermometer present in cooler for monitoring temperature. Ensure that staff monitoring temperature know action required when temperature is >4C. Action taken should be recorded on temperature log whenever temperature is >4C.
- Areas requiring cleaning outlined in previous inspection report have been cleaned.
- Damaged sections of wall have been repaired/covered with FRP which is a washable and durable surface.
