Observation: Most rodent snap traps inside front counter cabinets are triggered and need to be re-armed.

Center island cabinets by design have several holes and cracks that allow for pest movement and harborage.
Corrective Action(s): Re-arm snap traps.

Measures are to be taken to close gaps and block holes of cabinets to minimize pest harborage and restrict movement.

Observation: Mouse droppings observed in the following locations:
- floor under dishwashing sinks
- behind hot dog prep cooler
- on shelves of bun warmers and floor below
- inside, back of cabinets / shelves along front service counter and inside center island millwork

Dead cockroaches and droppings inside center island millwork cabinets / shelves.

Debris noted on counter behind blizzard machine.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.
