Health permit valid and posted.
Bar area:
Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer measured 200 ppm (Quats).
Glass ware washer chlorine residual was at 50 ppm.
Coolers were at 4 deg C.
Kitchen area:
Hand wash stations adequately maintained.
Sanitizer in buckets measured 200 ppm.
Foods protected from contamination (covered and stored off the floor).
Temperatures of cold holding, freezing and hot holding were meeting health requirements.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Dishwasher had chlorine residual of 100 ppm (plate surface).
Staff were wearing clean uniforms and hair restraint.
Staff washrooms were in sanitary condition.
Dining room area and washrooms were in satisfactory condition.
Pest control in place. No issues of pests noted during inspection.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of visit.
Back room to be renovated and incorporated as part of the dining room area to increase seating capacity.
Note: EHO must be notified before any alterations or changes in the kitchen/ bar area as this requires health approval.
Premises is part of the Informed Dining program.
