Observations: - Coolers at 4C and coler / yogurt hoppers below 4C - Freezer -16C, possible defrost cycle. Ensure products maintained -18C and colder - Sanitizer QUATs measured at 200ppm - Observed 1 hand washing station is not in use. Possibly malfunctioning. However alternative hand sink is available for handwashing. Covid-19 measures: *-Covid-19 safety plan to be posted. Refer to Worksafe BC *- Outdoor seating not kept at 6ft apart.
