Followup inspection to Rpt #VCHN - BANPQB: 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use in labeled spray bottle. No assembled chicken donair cones in the walk in cooler. Reminder to keep covered with a food grade plastic once assembled. Old food processing equipment on lower shelf at storage area removed from premise. Old equipment stored in the back storage room also removed. Mouse droppings around hot water tank removed. Pest control services now in place. Monitoring traps setup throughout premise. Operator still to install a door sweep for the back door. Followup inspection required. Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review.
