Code 301 noted on Foodborne Illness inspection # LTHN-ACAT25 of Jul-28-2016 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] (Ice scoop being stored under the Pepsi machine where several dozen rodent droppings were found.)

Comments

Critical hazard has been corrected, all rodent droppings removed from all the front service area and all counters, cabinets and equipment sanitized. Closure order rescinded. Cleaning and sanitizing of back prep and cooking areas still to be completed - see inspection report LTHN-ACAT25 for work still to be completed. In addition to the deficiencies noted on inspection report LTHN-ACAT25 the dripping air condenser units need to be repaired/replaced where dripping.
