Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Facility was found to have a box of "Wilson Warfin" rat poison in the back food storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Poisons can only be applied by a professional pest control operator. Poison can potentially cross contaminate foods. Remove poison immediately

Observation: A few rodent droppings were found under the 2-compartment sink, grease trap, and in the dry storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all areas affected with rodent droppings and disinfected with a 1:10 bleach solution. Contact your pest control operator regarding the pest droppings.

Comments

-Upright cooler (glass doors) was at 2C.
-Upright cooler in back storage area was at 1C.
-Kimchi cooler was less than 4C (both compartments).
-Chest freezers are not being used.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 71C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach available in the janitorial closet and bleach at 100ppm prepared when kitchen is in use.
-Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
