- Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm from main dispenser at 3-compartment sink, in spray bottle, and in bucket for storing wiping cloths.
- 3-compartment sink satisfactory
- Walk-in freezer was measured to be below -18C
- Walk-in cooler measured to be at 1C; prep cooler measured to be 1C, undercounter cooler measured to be 4C
- All hot holding units were above 60C
- Temperature records well maintained
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- General sanitation satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection

Note: Cold meatballs and sauce were sitting out at counter at time of inspection. Temperature of meatballs still below 4C. Operator stated they were in the middle of preparing the meatballs and got busy. Ensure to finish prepping or return to cooler within 30 minutes.
