-Purchase chlorine test strips and check the dishwasher every day. Keep written records for the chlorine levels in the dishwasher.
The dishwasher was fixed and it had 100 ppm chlorine.
The deep fryer has been removed.
All food containers were stored with lids.
The hand sink was stocked with soap and paper towels and unobstructed.
