-hand sinks fully equipped with soap and paper towels -Quats at 200ppm -all temps met health requirements -general sanitation good -temperature logs maintained daily -pizza kept for 1.5 hrs then placed in cooler to be sold the next day at half price. This program is called Too Good too go
