Met with kitchen manager:

- low temperature dishwasher - in the kitchen area supplied with 100ppm bleach at the final rinse
- wiping clothes are stored in the approved sanitizer ( quat at 200ppm )
- daily tem logs are up to date
- glass washer supplied with bleach at 100ppm
- food in the walk in cooler ( protected and covered )
