Buffet is not currently in use, but the kitchen is still operating with two menus.
Inspection conducted as a result of a complaint received. Reviewed details of the complaint with the executive chef on site.
Ecolab "Smart Power Sink & Surface Cleaner, Sanitizer" is being used. Information regarding the sanitizer to be sent to Fraser Health for review.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests, pest control report emailed to Fraser Health during the inspection.
The kitchen dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate.
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
The bar glasswasher had 12.5 ppm Iodine. Note that there is a second glasswasher that is not in use. Ensure that it has 12.5 ppm Iodine when it will be used in the future.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
