measured 55c.

Observation: OBSERVATIONS
1.) Mouse droppings observed on bottom shelf under
the point of sale, food preparation area and on the
floor in the walk in cooler.
2.) Chewed up insulation foam observed under the 2-compartment
sink.
Corrective Action(s): CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1.) Clean and sanitize the droppings and the area that had
droppings. Ensure to monitor premises for signs of pest via
visual inspection.
2.) Ensure to properly seal the chewed insulation foam. Talk
to pest control company to properly seal holes.

Holes were found in the following areas.
1.) Above the 1 door freezer. Ceiling hole was observed.
2.) Near the kitchen door.

General Comments : > General sanitation was satisfactory
> Handsinks near the point of sale, near the walk-in cooler,
and the washroom sinks were fully equipped with hot and
cold running water, paper towel, and liquid hand soap.
> Low temperature dishwasher had chlorine residual of 50ppm
on the plate surface.
> 2-compartment sink QUAT dispenser had 200 ppm (QUATS)
> 2 sanitizer buckets in front of house and back of house
measured 200 ppm. Wiping cloths were soaked in the sanitizer
bucket.
> Spray bottles sanitizer at the back of house measured 200ppm (QUATS)
> Prep cooler and walk-in-cooler measured 4c
> All other foods beside the rice and beans were hot held
at 63c.
> 1 door freezer measured -18c
> FOODSAFE certified staff was available during inspection.
Expires on August 22nd, 2025.
> Permit posted in a conspicuous location
> Pest control report was not provided. EHO talked to operator about
pest control.
