Observation: Ice machine has grime and mold build up inside.
Corrective Action(s): Drain and empty ice machine. Clean and sanitize thoroughly before making more ice.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer solution was made (ready to use) at time of inspection. Container of undiluted bleach available.
Corrective Action(s): Diluted bleach must be prepared at the beginning of operation (100 ppm) and all food contact surfaces to be sanitized before use. Change bleach solution throughout the day,

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Plate used for scooping found in container of sweet carrots.
Containers of food in the walk-in cooler were not covered.
Bag of potatoes found stored directly on the floor
Corrective Action(s):
Use proper scoops with long handles or keep scoops in a clean container and not inside the container where food is stored,
Cover all food containers in the walk in cooler to prevent contamination.
Keep bags of potatoes or any food off the floor.

Observation: Weather stripping on the back door is worn out. There is a gap between the floor and the door.
Corrective Action(s): Change weather stripping on the door and ensure there is no gap for pests to enter.

Observation: Some grease debris found underneath the fring area and bits of food on the top.
Equipment has splashes of food that needs to be cleaned. There were cobwebs in the spice/flour room.
Corrective Action(s): Clean underneath the frying area and clean off the splashes on the equipment (milk/sugar boiler/mixer) and dust off ceiling and walls in the spice/flour room as well as the floor.

Hot holding for chick pea soup was 64 deg C.
Low temp dishwasher chlorine residual at 50 ppm.

Bar area (not in use at time of visit):
Hand sink in good working order.
Liquid soap and paper towel available.
Ensure to clean and sanitize this area (especially the ice bin) prior to any scheduled event.

Front area:
Hand sink - not in good working order (this must be repaired immediately; for the mean time bar hand sink is to be used.
Hot holding for samosas was at 63 deg C.
