Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection no approved food contact surface sanitizer solution available for use. This is a recurring issue.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure during operation an approved food contact surface sanitizer solution is available for use. General sanitizer solution formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food is protected from contamination. Cover food products with saran wrap, foil, or tight fitting lids. Correct immediately.

Observation: Lid to freezer to the left of the walk in cooler not in good working order. Plastic cover is damaged exposing the insulation material. Duct tape used to hold damaged sections together is falling into the freezer section.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the damaged lid to the freezer or remove and replace with a new freezer. Correct by June 16, 2022.
