-Premises maintained in a sanitary condition
-Handsinks in food preparation, back dishwashing area and in staff/public washroom supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
-Coolers were at an acceptable temperature (4C or below)
-Walk-in cooler 2C

-Drink cooler 4C
-Freezers were maintaining product in a frozen state:
-Small chest freezer (packaged pizza) -14C
-Upright freezer (adjacent to walk-in cooler) -23C
-Upright freezer (across from back handwashing station) -18C
-Time tracking in place for individual pizzas. Records present and timers in use.
-Manual warewashing used to wash and sanitize dishes. Bleach present for sanitizing. Operator knowledgeable about manual warewashing procedures - wash/rinse/sanitize/air dry
-Bleach sanitizer solution (200ppm) present in spray bottle for sanitizing food contact surfaces and CIP equipment. Chlorine test strips present for checking concentration.
-Meat slicer appears clean/free from food residue.
-No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. Pest control services in place.
-Operator has completed Foodsafe level 1; however, it will expire July 29, 2018. Refresher course must be completed. Additional information available at foodsafe.ca
