Code 401 noted on Follow-Up inspection # LKIM-AKYSYV of Mar-31-2017
Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (Handsink still requires repair. The Manager has discussed with Plumbing company and drain requires complete replacement. Drain can not be repaired "temporarily" as monthly repairs will cause more damage to area. This sink requires major repair work. Long term plan required for this sink as repairs involve tearing up existing drain in floor and replacing plumbing system. Plan for this future work as it is MANDATORY by Health Department to have existing handsink functional.
