Corrective Action(s): Ensure pest control continues to monitor activity. Pest control provided by Orkin - devices through out facility. Follow all pest control technician recommendations.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Single use disposable gloves drying on rack above sink in meat processing area in warehouse.

Observation: 1.Ceiling at entrance to food storage area of warehouse noted with gap over 2m long - ceiling peeling
2. Ceiling damaged above pallet in front of first set of racks.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all surfaces (walls, ceiling and floor) remains in good condition - smooth, durable, and easy to clean. Repair ceiling.
