- Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Ensure to check soap and paper towel supply daily.
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm in spray bottles
- Dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm chlorine to dish surface, detected after rinse cycle.
- All coolers were measured to be at or below 4C
- All freezers were measured to be at or below -18C
- Soup hot held at above 60C
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted
*Ensure bottom shelf of prep table is cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis
