Follow-up inspection to inspection report JMAA-B7LW4E. The following observations were made: - Meat slicer and can opener maintained in good sanitary condition - Bleach sanitizer available at 200 ppm in sanitizing pail / spray bottle - Hand wash station faucet has been repaired, and also stocked with liquid soap and hand dryer - very good. Pressurized hot/cold running water is released. Reminders: - Have staff do a full sweep of the floor at the end of each day - Pizza trays should be cleaned and sanitized at the end of each day - Patch up the one missing ceiling tile by Jan 21, 2018 Thank you for your co-operation.
