Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Nut grinder was still found to be dirty.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized after each use. Grinder was cleaned and sanitized at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -16C.
-Front sweets cooler was at 4C.
-Front beverage cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -12C.
-Hot potentially hazardous sauces were at 4C. Facility has 3 cooling wands to facilitate rapid cooling of foods.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in 3-compartment sink. Sink prepared with 100ppm chlorine sanitizer.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Better hand hygiene practices observed by staff.
-Bleach sanitizer pail labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Foods stored off the floor and covered. Raw meats stored below ready-to-eat foods.
-Scoop storage improved. One scoop stored inside a food container.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
-Operator FoodSafe Level 1 valid until Feb 16, 2024.
