Observation: Accumulation of dirt and slime inside the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Drain the ice machine and clean/scrub the inside of the ice machine with appropriate sanitizer. You must turn the machine off prior to cleaning inside the machine.

Observation: There was no hand soap at the handwash station at the time of the inspection. Staff was not aware of the missing hand soap.
