Comments

- Handsink maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 100ppm chlorine sanitizer present
- Temperatures of refrigeration units were adequate (Coolers were <4C)
- Temperatures of hot holding items were adequate (6 different Chinese foods were checked and were >60C)
- Chinese foods are bought at TNT supermarket at 11am each morning, transported in cooler boxes, re-heated at the site at 11:30am, and sold to the public for about 30min~1hour. Leftover is discarded or offered to staff.
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- No signs of pest activities noted
