Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food debris accumulation observed on the stovetop in the kitchen. Operator indicates that the aluminum foil lining the stovetop (underneath the coils) is replaced weekly. Aluminum foil liner was replaced at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Increase frequency of replacing the aluminum foil liner to 2x per week.
Remove large food deposits from the stovetop daily to prevent fire safety hazards

3) Floors in the two washrooms
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean the affected areas with a commercial detergent/degreaser.
Update your sanitation plan and create a cleaning schedule for employees to follow to prevent future sanitation issues.
