- Both hand washing sinks were working and in use, properly stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels, and were unobstructed (easily accessible). Good.
- Paper towel dispensers were also working properly.
- Appropriate sink drain plugs were available for the 3-compartment warewashing sinks. 100 ppm bleach solution available in the sanitizing sink compartment.
