Potential growth of mould in ice machine on the plastic above the interior metal sheet. 3. Fly trap observed to be full of large black flies in hallway (near drive through window, in the storage area for signs and cups). Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean up of debris required in identified area. Correct by: immediately 2. Clean and sanitize area if area is not handled by contractor. Correct by: immediately 3. Remove and dispose immediately. Monitor area for reoccurance of flies; if so, inform or contract a pest control company to identify root cause.
