Observation: 1. Build up of tape and cardboard under stored items in walk-in freezer
2. Potential growth of mould in ice machine on the plastic above the interior metal sheet.
3. Fly trap observed to be full of large black flies in hallway (near drive through window, in the storage area for signs and cups).
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean up of debris required in identified area.
