Hand sinks equipped with liquid soap and paper towel
All cooling units were 4 C / 40 F or colder
Sanitizer (quaternary ammonium) was at 200 ppm in buckets used to store wiping cloths
Pest control in place, no pest activity at the time of the inspection.
Washrooms maintained in sanitary condition and hand sinks equipped with liquid soap and paper towel
Low temperature dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine residual at plate surface after priming and multiple cycles
Note: Operator to monitor and verify chlorine residual is at a minimum of 50 ppm at plate surface to ensure dishes are adequately sanitized
Foodsafe certifications were available onsite and verified to be within date.
Note: Ensure all food items covered and protected from potential contamination in walk in freezer.
