sanitizing - spray bottles at 200 ppm. Sink (dispenser) - 200 to 400 ppm.
Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
New lights installed in walk in cooler/freezer - much brighter.
**Ensure sinks are filled with warm water/detergent/sanitizer prior to initiating dishwashing. Follow three step dishwashing procedures (wash rinse sanitize - air dry after).
