Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine.
The glasswasher had 12.5 ppm Iodine.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm.
Temperature records were up to date. Dishwasher and glasswasher sanitizer levels checked daily as well.
No evidence of pests. Pest control is on site regularly, reports reviewed.
Utensils on the cook line are kept in ice water.
The ice machine is cleaned regularly.
Ventilation hoods were clean at the time of the inspection, and a professional company is on site for cleaning every 6 months.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
