Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bar area glasswasher iodine bucket empty. Bar area quats spray bottle measured less than 50 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Make sure there is always iodine feeding the glasswasher. Make sure quats spray bottle is changed at a regular interval to ensure the residual always reads 200 ppm.
**recommend using a white marker label for bar quats spray bottle and mark "filled on or use by" date.

Bar must have paper towels and liquid soap for handwashing purposes at all times.
Minor adjustment to the storage of raw meats above ready-to-eat foods (even covered) in walk-in cooler discussed. Operator changed storage location.

- Handwashing facilities good in kitchen area.
