Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Can opener blade observed to have built-up of food debris.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize aformentioned item. Can opener blade must be cleaned and sanitized after each use or after 2 hours of continous use which ever is lesser.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed box of oreo obstructing front handwashing sink.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handwashing sink are unobstructed at all times. All handwashing sink must be well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.

Observation: Liquid soap dispenser at the front near the door leading to customer washroom observed to have trouble dispensing liquid soap as it only dispenses partial after pressing.
Corrective Action(s): Service the liquid soap dispenser to properly dispense liquid soap. Corrected by: July 11, 2023.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs sanitizer buckets and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Food preparation sink available.
Prep coolers, undercounter cooler, ice cream compartment, walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers, walk-in freezer, chest freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
Ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition. Ice scoop observed to be outside the ice machine.
Exhaust hood vents observed to be in sanitary condition.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Pest control company contacted monthly.

Purchase timer to time track fries left out on french fry rack to be held for 7 minutes prior to discard. Corrected by: July 11, 2023.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
