Follow-up inspection conducted: CODE 301 in compliance. Ice machine drained, washed, scrubbed and sanitized before refilling. Brown slime not observed at this time. Ensure to wash and scrub this part of the ice machine each time the machine is drained for cleaning/disinfection. Discussed about location/method of wheat grass storage with new owner. Ownership change will occur in August. Major cleaning/reorganization is to occur prior to ownership change. No construction.
