* The lid for grease trap found be damaged. Replace this lid with a solid metal lid that fits properly without any gaps etc.
The grease trap must be be pumped by a licensed removal and disposal company.
* Clean the compressor area of the single door cooler.

A new deep freezers has been purchased.
