*Ensure time-tracking stickers are always in use for toppings and eggs held out at room temperature, and for bar towels and sanitizer solution bottles.

- Hand washing stations were unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Bar towels were just being changed at time of inspection. 100 ppm chlorine detected. *Ensure to use time-tracking stickers.
- All coolers were maintaining temperatures of 4C or colder
- Freezers were maintaining temperatures of -18C or colder
- Hot held food items measured to be above 60C
- Ice cream machine, beverage machines, and ice machine maintained in sanitary conditions. In-use utensils stored in ice - good.
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- Pest control in place, no signs of pest activity noted
- Foodsafe certified staff on-site.
- Temperature logs up to date.
