A routine inspection was completed: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -19C or colder; hot holding units above 60C; and thermometers present. - High temperature dishwasher had a rinse cycle temperature of 73.7C at the plate's surfaces as per max/min thermometer. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles and cloth buckets had [Cl2] over 200ppm. - All foods stored in food grade container; covered; labelled; date coded; foods stored in groups with raw proteins below or separate from RTE foods; and all foods stored 6" off the floor. - No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - Valid FoodSafe certified staff present. - General sanitation level is good. Walls have been cleaned and no accumulation of grease. - No signs of pests. - Floor has not been sealed yet. Ensure to complete this by March 2024.
