On Follow-Up: The taps on the back hand sink had been replaced. The hand sink was fully functional and not leaking. Some cleaning had been done. Glue traps have been laid out in the kitchen. Outstanding Items: Do a better job cleaning behind the shelf in the kitchen and under and around coolers/freezers. *report reviewed, not signed*
