Observation: One lightbulb in walk-in cooler is not working.
Corrective Action(s): The lightbulb needs to be replaced in order to maintain visibility in walk-in cooler. Good visibility will help operator to maintain cleanliness to reduce the risk of foodborne illness. date to be corrected by: April 22/21

Observation:
- Freezers are at -18C
- Coolers at 4C
- Sanitizer's bucket QUATS concentration is at 200ppm
- Handwashing station is equipped with hot water, soap and paper towel
- Debris observed on the ceiling in front of walk-in cooler. Clean debris and maintain cleanliness of ceiling to prevent contamination of food
- Food debris build-up found on racks in walk-in cooler. Clean the food debris in order to prevent cross contamination.

- Hand sanitizer is available for customers near the entrance door
