Closure order is lifted.
Overall much better. Pest control contract is on site. Premise is pretty clean. Food safe-certified staff on site. Discussed proper dishwashing. Walk in cooler is 4 Degrees Celsius. Permit fee is paid. Monitor fridge closely as refridgerant may leak again.
