All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder. All freezers are -18 degrees C or colder. Foods in warmers are all 60 degrees Celsius or hotter. Liquid soap and paper towel at handsink. Quat sanitizer bucket measured 200 PPM residual. Operator to carry out a renovation. Please ensure plans are submitted for review and approval prior renovating. Broken and warped ceiling tiles along with worn and any torn floor tiles will be expected to be replaced at that time.
