General comments: - Hand sinks are stocked with soap, paper towels and hot/cold water running water - Cooler temps </=4C, freezer temps </=-18C, - Hot holding units >60C - 200ppm bleach sanitizer bucket prepared at time of inspection - General sanitation good - No sign of pests - 3 compartment sink present for manual warewashing; done correctly * Cardboard used on floor in front of 3 compartment sink; Operator says it is so employees do not slip and he removes it every day, cleans that area, and replaces with new one. - FoodSafe level 1 certified staff present
