Handwashing sink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels. Operator to ensure hand sink is fully equipped at all times during operational hours to encourage proper and frequent handwashing. Food items are to be stored away from handwashing sink to prevent splashing contamination.

Sanitation items in Code 306 cleaned and sanitized with a dilute bleach solution at 100ppm. Premises must be maintained in a sanitary condition to prevent the attraction of pests. Operator to follow Sanitation Plan. Items in dishwashing area to be organized to facilitate cleaning.

Food storage satisfactory. Items are stored at least 15 cm off the floors and protected from contamination. Foods are to be stored in a manner that prevents cross-contamination. Cooked and ready-to-eat items are to be stored on top of raw fruits and vegetables. Raw eggs and meats are to be stored at the bottom.

Equipment, utensils, and food contact surfaces on site are in good working order.
