Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Garlic in oil observed stored at room temperature.
2. Inserts beside the stove probed at 6-8C. Staff stated the prep cooler lid was left open during lunch rush.
Corrective Action(s): 1.Garlic in oil newly made today. Had staff put it in cooler.
Only take out enough garlic in oil for 2hours of use.
Max 2hours of room temperature storage of garlic in oil.
2. Instructed staff to place inserts in cooler compartment to maintain 4C and below
Rest of cooler measure 4C and below
May want a techician in to look at air cirulation of the insert levels of cooler.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Spray bottle of QUAT sanitizer measure 50ppm at the start of the inspection
Corrective Action(s): - Checked the QUAT sanitizer dispenser, dispenser measued 200pmm.
- Had staff refreash all the sanitizer spray bottles.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Low temperature dishwasher measure 0ppm chlroine.
Corrective Action(s): - Two compartment sink manual dishwashing with QUAT sanitizer as alternative.
- Manager will have staff wash and rinse in the dishwasher and dip in QUAT sanitizer after coming out of the machine.

Corrective Action(s): 1. Please empty, clean and sanitize ice machine before use.
2. Eggs are also raw and should be stored underneath ready to eat foods like vegetables.
3. Please cover all the food at this not in acitve use.
