*Follow-up to inspection conducted on November 27, 2018 (Report #MLOO-B6WVKP) - Large prep cooler has been repaired. Ambient temperatures at < or = 4C. Normal use of this cooler is now permitted. - Operator is looking to install a latch as a temporary fix to keep the reach-in cooler door closed - Clean up of the ice machine is currently a work in progress
