Comments

All surfaces and floors have been cleaned and sanitized thoroughly to remove mice droppings. Great improvement noted in the overall sanitation of the premises. No droppings were seen at the time of this inspection visit. A new screen door has been installed at the back entrance. ENSURE TO KEEP THIS DOOR CLOSED AT ALL TIMES. All items are now stored off the floor in the kitchen as well as in dry storage room. The operator is currently working on revising the sanitation plan and cleaning checklists to include daily checks underneath and behind equipment, shelves and cabinets for pest prevention. Please submit a copy of the new cleaning checklist to our office when complete. All areas of the premises must be checked daily for any new evidence of pests. * Ensure there is no leak in any plumbing fixture or dishwasher. * The pizza dough sheeter and dough mixer must be cleaned daily with air compressor. * All coolers must be monitored on a daily basis. * Install baseboards underneath the cabinets across from the dishwasher. A detailed plan must be submitted for pest proofing all areas of the establishment in consultation with the a licensed Pest control operator. Pest monitoring must continue in the premises.
