Observation: 3 trays of cooling chicken wings noted on rack beside bucket with dirty mop and broom.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food is prepared / cooled / stored in a sanitary place away from possible contaminants. Relocate mop and dirty bucket from cooling rack with food.

Observation: Mouse droppings noted:

4. Within coffee storage cabinet - lower shelf
-Pest control devices noted through out facility
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all mouse droppings are cleaned up and areas are monitored for current pest activity. No pest control reports available during inspection. Service is weekly according to management.
Send the last 4 pest control reports to Fraser Health - EHO business card provided. Follow all recommendations provided by pest control technician, increase cleaning and monitoring of pests.
Send service reports within 2 days.

1. Under all cooking equipment - build up of grease and food debris
2. Under cooler units and prep tables - accumulation of food debris
3. Under shelves in back storage room
4. Mouse droppings around laundry machines, under shelving and under prep coolers, behind bar counter, in left coffee storage cabinet
5. Small fan over sandwich prep cooler - heavy dust accumulation
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all the areas and hard to reach areas are cleaned regularly.

Observation: 2 glass cooler doors under central TV bar are not closing completely leaving a gap in the door. Cold air is escaping.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all cooler doors are functioning properly and closing completely. The doors must be able to keep the cold air in so the cooler unit does not have to work so hard. Repair all damaged doors.
