Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer bucket available for the front kitchen area.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare QUATs sanitizer bucket to measure at 200ppm to be available for the front kitchen area at all times to ensure proper sanitation of food contact surfaces. Sanitizers must be available at all times at the front and back kitchen area.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottle and dispenser at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual ware washing.
Prep cooler, walk-in cooler, under counter cooler measured at 4C. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding unit measured at 60C or higher. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows refrigeration and hot-holding units adheres to temperature health requirements.
No signs of pests observed. Monthly pest company contracted.

Overall, facility is well organized and well maintained.

NOTE: Ensure to accurately take temperature of undercounter cooler and take appropriate actions if above 4C. Ensure all staff valid FOODSAFE LEvel 1 must be able to present upon inspector request for validation.
