Observation: * Flour being stored on milk crates which are not food grade. Tandoori skewers being stored improperly too.
Corrective Action(s): * Provide proper food grade storage shelving for ALL food stuff(not milk crates). Also, provide proper storage for tandoori skewers and store in proper food grade manner
